I have used previously a boat 393 ANC earbud which cost me 3300, but now I purchased this JBL 235 NC TWS which left me awestruck. Thunderous performance with great Vocal production and marvellous sound quality. It feels godly when I play any music. You can hear each element which is been played . The JBL app also makes it even best, the blend is perfect for a buyer.ANC is great for this price range.Battery backup is outstanding as JBL promises.Build quality is nice and looks premium, there is not chances of scratch bearing because the case has matt finishing on its body.Fast charging is also supported .These buds are very much comfortable, it seems as if you are not wearing anything in your ears , Hats off to build quality.Overally the best earbud at this price range.I would advise you to go for it eyes closed.The other brands may have some extra features, but JBL is best known for music and I witnessed this as truth today. Harman sound engineers have made the best sound configuration for this TWS.

Beware of Quality. Quality control is bad, customer care is worse.
I bought this product looking at its feature and the brand, and a quick delivery time by amazon.Received the product in time, but only to find out that the product is faulty. Only one of the earpiece works.Tried all the steps in the product manual to clean / reset etc but the earpiece did not work.Tried to return the product on amazon site but it was not allowed. Called up customer care to know that they can not return the product and diverted me to brand customer care.Brand customer care works 10am to 7pm. No solution provided by the customer care but asked me to visit the service center that works 10am to 5 pm(Monday to Saturday). So one has to either wait for the weekend or skip work to visit the service center.Got the product on 9th June, sunday evening, been running between amazon customer care and Harman customer care since then. Now need to skip work to visit the service center. Still do not know what will be the outcome.The Harman customer care sent met he address of the service center in Abbas Building, Khetwadi, Mumbai. I visited the address during the lunch break from office only to realize that the service center has shifted to a new location. Obviously Harman is not aware of the change of their service center location.New address was pasted on the wall of the old service center. Luckily the new center was only a kilometer away from the old one so i walked down to the new location. There was no name plate of the service provider, you just need to have faith and ask the person on the counter.The person on the counter asked me for the invoice and started to check on the product. Made me wait for half an hour with they checked and finally told me that they will raise a request for replacement.Tried another 15 minutes to raise the request but failed. The Harman server was not active, they could not raise the request in the system, neither could they find the available stock status for replacement. The person on the counter spoke to someone on phone to enquire and then updated me that i have to wait for another half an hour as the Harman personnels are having lunch. I could not wait as I was out of office for long and getting calls from the office, so i decided to leave. The executive told me that they will call and update one server starts working. No calls came back to update me.so i spent two hours and INR300 on commutation , walked for an hour in hot and humid Mumbai and had no resolution.Waited for the service center executive to respond , finally tries reaching them with no response- phone switched off, or busy. Called up Amazon call center again to update them and requested them to relook at their arrangement with JBL/Harman , as I did not see any intent from them of giving a replacement. Asked them to spare other customers from this harrassment by not having such brands on their site.Called up Harman customer service again, updated them that they provided me with a wrong address of service center, they did not agree with me.They offered to pick up the product from me but the timeline for full process and providing a replacement was 7-10 days.I asked them for an alternate no of the service center as the one they gave earlier was not responding. Wanted to check if the service center has the product in stock with them so the replacement can be immediate. The gave me an alternate no.. bust still the same old address.Called the new no multiple times but same problem , phone busy, no response.Finally chose to go to the service center during lunch time (to new address that I had gone to the day before). Luckily there was no que, but the counter person said the Harman server is still not working. Howere they checked and found that they had the product in stock. Service center incharge asked the counter person to make manual entry and replace the product.Finally got a replacement product, after spending another 300rs on commutation and time and the haggling.Not sure ifnthe replacement product is ok or it also has some problem. I hope it works out fine, can not go through this process again.My takeaway -But beware of the quality of the product as it seems quality control of Harman is not reliable.Customer care or Customer experience is terrible. They do not even know where there servi center are or how to contact them.Amazon will wash off their hands the moment you complete the purchase, they will be a bystander watching the customer getting hassled for the product that they buy from their portal.

The audio quality is really good. Anc is mediocre at best. Battery is good too. There has been some bugs and glitches which started to happen right away like the buds not completely powering off while in the case and the right bud not powering on when its taken our of the case. No big deal tho since this is solved by taking it out of the case and putting it in back again or vice versa. Though this wont apply to everyone the fit is not really good for me. The provided silicon tips weren’t it for me either. So i had to use the silicon tips from my old jlab epic air anc buds. Maybe ill get used to it and after a long time i will be updating this review. So personally i think this product is worth it. I got it for 3.8k so its a very nice deal. I think you should buy it if u see it for that price.

I purchased 5months back it is good quality .nice listening music .dolby Atmos very good and awesome music.excellent noise cancellation

Bad ANC , worse Mic , bad quality , low comfort.
This is not what I expected from a brand like JBL.1. You will not at all feel comfortable wearing these earphones, they will not fit well even with the provided extra earbuds.2. The case and the earphone quality looks pretty cheap and is not at all value for money. You will get better quality in half its price.3. Even at this price range they do not provide dual connectivity. This is a pain for regular users.4. Now the two major things with the earphones -a. ANC - You can definitely get better ANC than this in half its price. It barely isolates outside noise even when the noise isolation mode is on.Also when you are travelling with the noise isolation mode on, you will get distorted sound from these earbuds. Not sure whether its an issue with its software or hardware but definitely its very irritating because you want the noise isolation the most during travelling on Indian roads.b. MIC - The mic is the worse , DO NOT even think to attend any meetings with its mic.The mic does not isolates any background noise to the opposite party and they will hear all the noise around you.In major cases the opposite party can barely hear your voice forcing you to remove earphones and then talk.On top of this , earphones are non returnable and once you order , you are stuck.This product has made me loose the trust on JBL.

Sound is good, design is good. But battery wears out in a year
I have now used the earbuds for exactly a year. It was working perfectly fine till now, but it has started to slowly malfunction. The left earbud's battery drains within an hour, and starts working strangely in 5 mins of charging again. The sound quality is good, design is good. It's a good fit too. Only this newly found battery issue is the deal breaker for me.
