I buy and try many different supplements out of curiosity, it's kind of a hobby. Most so-called energizing supplements that I have purchased have been a waste of money. I read some recent articles about Taurine, and I know it is an ingredient in many energy drinks, but I was still skeptical. I did not expect much from a common, non-essential amino acid like Taurine. But I ordered some anyway. ---- WOW! I was more than happily surprised at the feeling of motivation and clarity that I got from the very first 1000 mg dose! I very much enjoy the lift that I get from this supplement, and I take 1 or 2 grams every day now. I guess it is something my body thrives on. I'm tossing out all those herbal/mythical supplements, all those complicated formulations, all the acetylcholine boosters, all the other nootropics. This is the one that works for me.
