Tough waterproof and warm

I have a couple of pairs of these for winter, I use them as a second glove to go over the top of a lighter pair when it gets really cold. I have only used them a few times, once on Snowdon in December and they were a real hand saver. I found one pair developed a leak which was a shame but still useful as a backup spare. They are very large but again it's a good thing if you wear them over other gloves.Both pairs I ordered were relatively the same condition when they arrived.They are ideal for very cold temps, not sure if they would hold up in extreme cold but for the UK they will do just fine.

Incredibly warm and dry! As an all-season motorcyclist - I have tried many motorcycle specific brands, but these far surpass them on the coldest and wettest days. The palm and finger area has very thick leather, and the material parts are incredibly thick! Mits are always warmer than gloves because they allow the fingers to share heat between them, and there is uninterrupted heat flow. Highly recommended!

Pretty well made and warm - inside material a bit lumpy in places. Haven't been able to check the waterproofing claim yet. I have small hands and the Medium are OK - bit of space and fiddly for operating bicycle controls, but can accept that as they are warm. But would not even think about trying to use them on my motorbike. Overall - good value and look like they'll last.Now had them a few weeks and been cycling in the very cold and wet nights - kept my hands warm and dry, so upped the rating to 5 star.

These are good military surplus bits of kit. The seller is a bit inconsistent in not always offering the largest size (yeah, I've bought a few of them over the years!), but they are of a consistent quality when available. Myself, I wouldn't class them as 'Extreme cold weather' grade as they are neither fully waterproof nor sufficiently lined to hack it in sub-zero conditions. Leather palms are a nice touch.

Gloves are as advertised and warm but I ordered medium and these are more like extra large so can't use them for intended purpose. Suggest it's back to shops for gloves

These are way better than expected, partner had busted finger which require surgery, so needed something warm and dry to cover dressings and stop cold bone pain. These are awesome, nice and long up forearm, warm and they waterproof, and the perfect size... he works outside and has decided these are the perfect winter mittens - injury or no injury!!

Slightly on the large side but great in extreme cold where extra insulation is required and an inner liner can be used!
