Helps with perimenopause sleeplessness!
I started taking one of these a night along with 3mg of melatonin to help me sleep through the night. I was waking up at 3 or 4am every night and unable to get back to sleep. The fun perimenopause sleep issues - waking up with anxiety and my brain full of what I need to get done this week at work.This combo has been great and I’m finally able to sleep the whole night. If I have more time to sleep and feel like I could use 10 hours, I take 2 of these and sleep well.

I have just started taking them , but I do know they make me feel really relaxed . I don’t recommend taking them and going somewhere because like I said it really relaxes you. I read that you don’t feel the full effect for about 2-3 weeks . But it seems okay to me . Will probably buy again after I finish the bottle.

I do feel more calm taking this
So far I’ve been taking it for three days and I must say I already feel a difference. I haven’t had any side effects so far but like I said I’ve only been using it for three days. It works for me but at the same time I’m highly sensitive to meds/vitamins. I feel calm, relaxed and no longer anxious. It safer, cheaper, effective and makes you feel calm. For the price, it doesn’t hurt to try it.

I struggle with constant racing thoughts and anxiety like something always about to happen. I took this before bed and the next day I was nice and calm. Excited to see after a few weeks but so far it's amazing.

Disappointed
Haven't noticed a difference, I still don't sleep well. Won't buy it again. No difference in weight either.
