Easy DIY project!
Easier to assemble than you think. I'm not crafty at all and did the one in the picture with no help. I blew them up with my own mouth. 3$ balloon pump from dg for the stars. Hung by two thick ribbons at the corners pulled tight. Kids took lots of pics in front of it. Sweet 16 party 🥳

Ordered this for my brothers stitch themed heavenly birthday I added some dark blue balloons but it was more than enough and perfect ! Good quality I have absolutely no complaints will be ordering party supplies from here now !
