When I can't afford a mistake, I wear them. Pads plus incontinence underwear have let me down in the past. So far so good no embarrassing events. I'm satisfied.

UPDATEAfter talking to the manufacturer’s customer service, they took my information and mailed replacements for the recently purchased products. It seems that supplier limitations led to some product quality issues during the time that I made recent purchases. I was pleased that they made the situation right. So is my son! After continued use, it seems that the latest fabric formulation is a little more sensitive to heat from the dryer. We’ve found that putting these in the wash is fine, but they could shrink quickly if they accidentally put into the dryer.ORIGINAL REVIEWWe’ve used this product since 2018 for my disabled son, however we have been extremely disappointed with recent purchases.We needed to replace a pair that have been used daily for 2+ years, but the manufacturer must have changed the formulation since our last purchase in 2020. All of our recent purchases have resulted in torn fabric at the leg openings, and there is a thin plastic inner lining that became torn in multiple places.This is the not the quality product we’ve come to know and the current version is extremely disappointing. We couldn’t recommend this product to others.

Worth every penny! I was pleasantly surprised by how much liquid it held yet keeping my elderly father extremely dry. I’ve used others that come multiple in a package and although they worked, NOT keeping the liquid inside or as comfortable to wear per my father. Will order more!!

Bought these for an elderly woman with dementia to wear over Depends when she goes to bed at night. Useless. The first "accident" resulted in a mess worse than when she just had on Depends only. The next accident was no better. Two strikes and I was done with these totally useless pants because it took more effort to clean up the bed and her than if she only wore Depends. And....yes....the Kleinerts were snug on her thighs. At least with two waterproof mattress pads that fit snug around entire mattress, then a fitted sheet, and then three washable pads piled on top of one another (the kind that you change easily because they just have flaps to tuck in and go on top of the fitted sheet so you do not have to change entire bed) -- the next accident we just had to take off the 3 washable pads (the biggest size we saw on Amazon).

They leaked for me.

I purchased this product several months ago and that allows me to make a more informed review now. At first look, the pants appeared to be too lightweight to be effective. However, they fit well, cover the diaper and work better than most similar products that I have tried. The true vote of confidence is that I’m going to order this product again.

These are less like plastic pants but they serve the same exact purpose, without feeling as plasticy. You can also wash these multiple times. They are expensive but a lot more comfortable than the milky whitish plastic throwaway pants.
