ACDelco 84143543 Alternator

My alternator left me stranded in my driveway the dealership had one for 600$ auto parts store around the same number. I found one online 240$ works 👌 .

So it turns out, my truck's computer fooled me into thinking I needed an alternator because the voltage meter kept dropping. Silly me didn't realize the computer "alternates" the voltage to the battery regularly, and you don't even notice it unless you're watching it. As long as your gauge doesn't go above or below the warning marks, then you are fine.GLAD I REPLACED IT ANYWAY since my old alternator was 11 years old, and I run a lot of LED nonsense off one battery 👍

Perfect fit. No issues.

Installed took about an hour was getting a lot of noise from the old one n didn't really trust a no name brand one. The brick and mortar store wanted $480.00 for the same brand new. So half the price came in a big OE box was a tight fit but so was the old one all around so far so good

Good but very disappointed in shipping and delivery it took forever

I ordered it because mine was starting to whine really bad but stopped by time it got delivered. I would and will be purchasing it if/when mine actually quits working.

fit like a glove on my 2014 silverado

7 months of use and it's failing . Very disappointed .
