I need a higher dose of Progesterone and this works perfectly! I love that it's a higher dose - which is what I need. But if women need a lower dose, they just use less drops and it makes it an even better deal! The only thing I don't like about it is it's a bit messy - it kind of gathers around the wring of the bottle. Other than that....great stuff! Our whole family uses it (me, my daughters, and yes....even my husband in small doses. Men need progesterone, too...just not as much as women).

Love the packaging (or lack of it, yeah) and the ease of use. Less waste.

I use this sublingually, as many functional med doctors advise; the taste isn't bad at all. I love that is has pure wholesum ingredients. I use the bulk of it at night before bed, and it really helps me sleep.

So I bought this one over a slightly (?) more expensive brand but I don't think the same effect were noticeable...now to make it worse, I accidentally cracked the bottle/ it fell off of my bathroom countertop to see the oil separation and the thick white part of it and seemingly a dark streak. I would shake it before every application, but still. I think this may have been why it did seem as effective if at all. Was the active ingredient in the thinner clear part or that thick white viscous liquid that was stuck on the bottom?

This product can be taken orally as well as topically. Very clean and safe.The new research suggests that progesterone is best taken orally.Best sleep in a LONG time - 2 or 3 drops under tongue before bed.

This seems to be a good, clean brand of progesterone. The results vary for me, however. Sometimes it helps calm me before bed, and other times I wake up feeling wired. I seem to do best using it every other night rather than nightly, to prevent weird anxiety wake ups. I also tend to only be able to tolerate a half dose, but must admit my body tends to overreact to a lot of meds and supplements, so I wouldn't take my experience as a universal one. I do follow typical instructions in that I only take it until the first week of my cycle where I stop it, and then start up again, also with the approval of my doctor. I have noticed some positive benefits so continue with it. I've had symptoms of low progesterone (also verified through testing) since my mid 20's so try to supplement to help regulate some of those symptoms and to make for safer pregnancies. No brand I've tried, Rx or not, have worked miracles, but I notice subtle improvements.

A few drops of this under the tongue is the best sleep aid! I already knew progesterone was great for sleep, but progesterone in vitamin E make my throat itchy and often tastes bad. This one has almost no taste, works very quickly, and is definitely my new go-to for sleep. Thank you SO MUCH Biolabs for creating it!

This really works I bought in October and it took about 2 weeks but I feel great and it does help me sleep I will continue to use.
