Great cooker - high quality!
The media could not be loaded. I love everything about this cooker. First, it was easy to assemble and only takes a few minutes and a phillips head screwdriver. Second, both the steel stand and the pot/basket/lid are strong, thick metal. And when I say strong and thick, I was a little worried that being aluminum and such a large pot (I got the 80 qt - that's 20 gallons!) it would be thin flimsly material, but the aluminum material is very thick and rigid. And third, the burner (which is a double burner, not that it makes it better or worse) has very good turndown ability (it stays lit from hi fire (which sounds like a small jet engine) to a very low flame), which I'm happy about because I make large batches of chili in it.

Broken heat shield
Bought the setup, waited to use for crawfish season. Used it once and the heatshield fell off. Not welded together good. You pay this kind of money and you get not a good product. Would like a new Burner stand.
