I am 83 years old and I was suffering from brittle finger nails. I was told that I needed the vitamin Biotin. I found Mason’s Natural Men’s Daily Formula on Amazon. It shows that it contains 100% of the daily requirements of Biotin along with more vitamin’s that support Men’s health. It took about 50 days for my nails to grow out and the Biotin infused nails to reach the end of my fingers before the nails became hardened enough to show results. Since then my nails are much harder and do not have that brittle breaking effect that was once so frustrating with split and breaking nails. I also am happy with the increased energy that I have gotten. The capsules are a bit large, but not too hard to swallow. Comes with 100 capsules which if taken one a day is a three months supply.

The ingredients in this are pretty crappy.. I don't believe that this is quality. I mean if you're cheap you go ahead and buy it if you don't believe that there is a different quality then this is for you but definitely not for us.
