Great exhaust for the price
Perfect sound... not too loud, but not too soft. it has a little bit of a drone at some RPM's, but its not bad, because it has a deep tone - not 'buzzy' at all. The sound changes a little (for the better) once it warms up. it'll get some nice popping sounds going on when you downshift too. after 4 months, rust is very minimal, so i don't doubt that it will hold up well.I ended up installing this on a coupe - it will fit, but it rattles against the heat shield. i thought about just using the tailpipe section, but the flanges between sections are different than OEM, so you have to swap all or none. i ended up having two inches cut from the midpipe and re-welded to make it fit. i had a friend do it for free, so i don't know what a shop would charge. just an FYI.

Embarrassing Outcome
My first ever review. I tried putting it off for months. Spec-D gives you the parts to start setting up a low quality exhaust system. What they don't tell you is that you will need to be prepaired to spend a lot more than you paid to actually get it to work. First I had to pay a muffler shop just about $200 to modify and install the exhaust using one of their pipes because the one that came with the package was too long for my 09 Honda Civic Si. Right off the bat, dissapointed but i said hey what the hell- the sound is pretty cool, nasaly, but loud, and it was such a low price so i'm just going to deal with it. That was not until less than 3 months later when the muffler starts to fall apart. It started with a minor rattling sound which days later became a full blown crashing rattle, that if you're a car guy, it almost stops your heart hearing it. It's really an embarrassing outcome. Turns out the muffler was litterally falling apart at the tip (see photo). It naturally cracked about a centimeter and a half. I had to take it in and paid $167.63 (i know this bill exactly cause it was two days ago) for a new muffler and labor. All in all, i have spent just over $350 on repairs for a system that has never functioned as purchased. I even thought giving it a two star rating was generous.

Best bang for your buck. (Literally)
Exhaust took me a couple of hours to install. I would recommend owning a couple of rachets. in my case, I needed a 14 & 12 MM but also open-end wrenches for the opposite side on install. At first, I listened to the exhaust with the silencer on. I was actually amazed at how loud it was already. Then the next day I took it off and after driving about 200 feet I noticed my car was backfiring in neutral as I revved. In drive, it would full-on pop and crackle on decel as well. For a sub $200 exhaust I would strongly recommend this exhaust. It does not sound "rice" or "Squeaky" like most cheap exhausts. It has a very deep tone that opens up nicely when in the higher rev range. It's turned a lot of heads and I've got tons of thumbs ups from it.
