was sent old product, you can tell when its old because the item colour is very dark, the lighter it is the fresher it is.

The East End Jaggery is good but I was sent a different brand which was not so good.I informed Amazon as it was past the return date.The seller got in touch with me and refunded 4.00 pounds as a goodwill gesture. I paid 11 pounds for the product.
