Plastic, with a "chrome" finish.
The product is made of plastic, but the finish suggests its like "chrome". It's really just cheap looking shiny plastic and not worth the price. The images look much better than reality, so well done to their marketing team. I just spray painted the one I bought, it looked so out of place in a newly refurbished toilet.
