Great little switch!
Needed a new HDMI switch when I got my PS5. My old, and admittedly cheaper, switch was only rated for up to 4k 60Hz. It worked ok at 1080p, but dropped signal and had visual glitches and artifacts at it's max rating (4k60). Wanted to upgrade to a nicer one with more headroom. I don't have any 8k signals to test, but it works great switching between my Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5. Auto switching works perfectly, and I've mostly "set it and forget it". Which, for me, is the best praise I can give it. It works so well I don't have to think about it anymore!

Works great for my Xbox Series X and new 4K Smart TV
I purchased this unit to replace a similar unit from another brand. I have a single HDMI 2.1 cable running through my wall to my TV, so I needed a switch to handle all the devices down below. Because my old switch didn't support the 4K 120hz gaming output from my Xbox Series X, I needed to upgrade. This unit is great, solid construction, no lag or impact to picture quality that I can detect, etc. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that it's so light, it doesn't always lay flat on the surface it's placed when there are several HDMI cables plugged in. Easily solved by some double sided tape.

Do't buy if you own a Visio TV
This product was great. Easy to install and use. However, we have a Visio TV and when I tried to lower the volume on the TV it turned the switch off.

It switches between multiple computers and one monitor
I acquired this product because I have several computer servers that I run "headless" (without an attached monitor) that I access using remote desktop in Windows. 99% of the time everything works fine.Once in awhile I find a need to connect a monitor to a server, and in the past I'd have to crawl on the floor, fiddle around behind the systems, and swap an HDMI cable to the server I want to work on.I decided that I was getting too old for crawling, so I got this switcher. I did have to purchase a set of HDMI cables, but now all of my servers are connected to this box, and they can share a single monitor.Since my monitor is only 2K 60hz, I cannot speak for how well this switch box works with higher resolutions, but it does exactly what I need. I like the fact that I can use a remote for this, but manual switching is fine for how I'm using it.

Works at least at 60hz
Works for my intended purpose of 4K @60hz but the hold button for 6 plus seconds to turn off and on does not work. Have to use remote to turn off and on.

Works Fantastic for Gaming!
I’ve used several 4K HDMI switches in the past, and I was excited for this one because it’s advertised to handle 4K at 120 Hz, which makes it perfect for my PS5 and Xbox Series X that I want to connect to my OLED TV without having to sacrifice on refresh rates. Normally, most other switches in the past could only offer 4K at 60 Hz, making gameplay motion look less smooth visually. This switch made my games look amazing on both the PS5 and the Xbox Series X. I highly recommend it to anyone needing extra HDMI 2.1 ports for their TV, but particularly for those who game on consoles regularly and absolutely must have these higher refresh rates to play more effectively. I love it, and I have not encountered any problems whatsoever in the many weeks I’ve used it. A solid 10/10 stars, in my opinion, particularly in terms of quality, durability, and reliability!

Problems With Some Devices
This switch cannot correctly handle my Nintendo Switch or my Arris cable box. For both, it will only output video the first time I plug the device in for power AND if the Switch / Cable Box are on. If I switch to the device later or if the Switch / Cable Box are not on when I apply power, the switch will not output their video. All cables are new HDMI 2.1 cables. Using the power button on the HDMI switch does not help, the power cable must be unplugged and plugged back in for the HDMI switch to output those devices. It does handle my Xbox Series X and Roke streaming stick correctly, even if I swap where I plug them in. So for those devices, it appears to work excellently.Disappointing and not useful. I’m not going to train my family to unplug the HDMI switch power every time they want to use the TV.
