Good product/Great seller
Had some minor issues, the seller has been fantastic with correcting the issues. For the Price you cannot beat this laptop.

Great value for the performance
The refurbished laptop was a Dell Precision 5550 in great working condition. I want to give 5 stars but I won't because I felt that the refurbisher did something unnecessary, which was to add a vinyl skin over the palm rest and trackpad. It might make it look better from a distance, but it feels cheap to the touch and interferes with the function of the trackpad. I had to spend an hour removing it and cleaning up the adhesive.

Great machine, great seller
I’m running SolidWorks and Fusion on this machine, so far. Performance is great. No issues running complex geometry, rendering, and light linear FEA.
