Good phone, battery life is great it's rebooting once in a while

It was a good phone until it decided to start hiding the camera app, just suddenly no more camera and cannot find to use camera app anymore, been waiting on customer service to do something for a long time and so far no resolution, so I'll have to just buy a new phone as I need the camera fully functional for work etc.

Before I made the purchase, confirmed through and through that my carrier was compatible. When I first received it, I went back and forth with verizon/Xfinity in attempts to activate it. Needless to say, it was not compatible and it wasn't the manufacturers fault, it was the carriers because they only allow giant phone retailers on their network. To which I said, please cancel my service because I refuse to be forced to only have 4 options, all of which are $1500 plus. I went with T-Mobile and will never go back after 8 years of being with Verizon. Got it running and I've had full 5g signal ever since which none of my phones have been able to do. I LOVE that every app is automatically set to force quit and pause activity by default unless enabled by the user. I feel more safe using this phone than any other phone I've had. My only complaints are that it doesn't come with internally built photo gallery and you are forced to use Google for photo storage. My other complaint is that you are unable to modify vibration intensity except for keyboard touch feedback and my last complaint is the sensitivity on the thumb scanner and the action buttons. Every finger that touches the thumb print scanner gets scanned and you quickly deplete your 5 attempts. Your action button is going to get accidentally pressed at least 10 times a day but I bought a case with beveled buttons and hopefully that will fix the issue. Otherwise, this phone has been a hit in my friend group and I've not had any issues with speed, connectivity, performance, etc. ps, it's very heavy not easy to hold while scrolling so I highly recommend you get a case with a ring of pop socket. Lastly, battery lasts for at least 2 full days with constant use so I'm very impressed with the battery life. It's an android so if you're used to android, it's super easy to navigate and use.
