Zebra Z-Grip Mini Ballpoint Pen Pack of 12 Pink

It deserves "0". It ends up being 2/3 the length of a regular pen. It's hard to hold and write with. The ink cartridge is 1/2 filled. The pictures were so misgiving. I would not have dreamed the pens were so small and so ackward. Can we say "rip off" because it is. I will return, though I question, "why" since that is a monumental task, but the other side of the coin is, "No, this is a rip off, I do want my money back".
