6 days in noticed extreme fatigue /headaches & taking naps. 7th day actually felt better so I decided to go for the hundred milligrams 1/21 passed out at 10 PM woke up at 9 AM felt all right up until 330 and now I feel like I’m crashing and I could just go to sleep decided to test with Inito fertility monitor, but I’m using it to track my hormones in the medical lights that are left over to see if the DIM is really working my estrogen is like 95 so that’s way lower than it was at its highest at like 298 so the stuff is definitely working. I think I’m not gonna take anymore and just wait a month and try i’m on HRT therapy so I do think it’s a great idea to help detox all the buildup once in a while my plan was to do it every other month but since I need to baby step into this because I’m only on 50 mg as soon as I seem to go over that it’s like a crash they did say when your body detox as you’ll get headaches and fatigue which definitely are my symptoms of fatigue is the worst they say to hang in there as your body detox is 3 to 7 days is usually the worst of the symptoms, and it gets better attached is a snapshot of the Inito photo that shows my hormones show that they did get lowered so it does work it’s just powerful in my opinion.

This totally works for me. I had hot flashes that made life really difficult. I've never been a big "sweater" so that made it all the more irritating, waking up maybe 10 or more times during the night soaking my pajamas, and then a few times an hour during waking hours. I tried topical creams and Estroven, with no discernible improvement. Acupuncture helped a lot but it only worked if I kept going every week. I saw a review that mentioned DIM so I thought I'd give it a shot. OMG in 5 days I noticed my hot flashes were reduced by 90%. By 7-8 days in, they reduced by 99%! I rarely have any during the day now, and maybe a warm feeling once or twice a night, but no sweating and it's quite mild and short-lived - like 30 seconds of a little heat compared to before 3-5 min of profuse full body sweats. I feel like my normal self again, getting back to normal sleep is life changing. I will probably take this forever.

I will never deviate from this brand/formula. Since both DIM and Calcium D Glucarate are required for the break down of excess estrogen AND the elimination of it, having both in one capsule is great and it works great too.I’ve been using this for nearly two years now and the profuse swearing ending the first day of using it, it relieves breast soreness within an hour and it’s super affordable. My husband even takes it for prostate health. Not too bad of a swallow either for being a horse pill. If hesitating, go for it. It does the job better than any other brand I’ve tried.

Ive been using this product for months now to help balance my estrogen levels naturally for endometriosis. I've had three surgeries over the course of 4 years. I can't tell you for certain if it's effective since I haven't gone back to the doctor for a couple of years, but can feel endo pain every once in a blue moon which tells me there is likely some endo that's come back, but it's hopefully not as bad as it normally is. The look of the pills has changed some since I started using it but I haven't noticed a change in quality.

I read the reviews and saw that some had headaches with this and this means its likely working... however I had a migraine and all day vomiting after 2 days of this. My body just couldn't handle it. The product seems great and I like the idea but unfortunately I could not continue.
