So, I left my first reviews below, but read this first.Product is perfect, works better than expected and manufacture is best I have ever experienced.I hooked it up then used it with only fuse thinking the heater did not work, I left a bad review, manufacture just gave me back my money without even asking. Then I realized my mistake, flipped other breaker and it works perfectly! Currently trying to get them to charge me for the product again.I could move this to a 5 star review very easily IF, I could figure out how to get past the 131 degree limit. My showers are barely Luke warm and that will not due!That was my original review, I am updating this. The company reached out and has given me a full refund even though it was month between when I bought it and installed it. They did not complain or ask for picture or anything, it was just refund without issue. I would have love this water heater if I could have set up higher for hotter water, it does in fact work great.Wow what a great company to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been using for 3 months. It's been working very well and I have had no problems. Installed access valves to run descale through it periodically as you are supposed to do. At this price point however, I just bought a second one to have on standby in case the original fails. Hardest part of the install was making room in the breaker panel for 3 double pole breakers. But, if you're handy and have basic electrical and plumbing skills you'll be able to install with few issues. Unit does make a buzzing electrical sound similar to a large transformer while operating but I'm assuming it's the 27kw heater elements drawing quite a bit of current. I do have to make a few repairs in my wall where the old water heater J-box and things were connected but as I tell my wife, I'll get to it eventually, lol. Overall, I am very happy with it and have purchased 2 units for less than I would have paid for a traditional hot water heater that was never able to keep up with my family's demand.

Update, replaced with another brand, never have an issue now. Also, when they opened the water heater, it has tons on condensation, and when there was water flow, one of the heater elements contacts bubbles and steamed. Never again.Update: it trips everyday now. Looking for a new one.So I've had this a few months. Had it professional replaced. No issues for the first couple weeks. Get really hot and seemed to be working fine. However it started tripping the breaker soon after that, totally at random. Sometimes a week, sometime a couple times a week, and sometimes within an hour. This is a lower wattage than the Rheem I replaced, so it can't be the breaker. Last night I was mid lather, covered in soap, it trips.... In the middle of winter. I had to leave the shower in a towel, so outside to flip the breaker so I could rinse off. Thought this was a good replacement, however I'm now thinking I have to replace it. I've had no issues beside the breaker tripping, flow rate, and temp have been great. Just wish it would stop tripping the breaker.
