I am more than happy to have this chair, wasn't very sure when made order, was thinking about return if it's not good. However, it is with good quality, it's easy to assemble(my two boys, 7and 8 yrs installed for me). After trying it for few weeks, I think it worthes a good review. The texture is good, it's comfy and easy to adjust the height, easy to rotate and its quite. Arm rest fits me well as well. I like the package design, it's so compacted, components were hide inside the back of chair to minimize the size. Overall, it's perfect for me.

Very disappointed with the quality and make of the chair. It’s been 2 days the cushion has already dropped and flattened, extremely uncomfortable to sit for long hours. Also the height of the chair drops down gradually everyday although it’s been locked. Not worth the price! I would have happily returned it but got it assembled with a help of a friend due to health issues and can’t find a way to put it back and return it now.

I saw this chair had been on sale, so I decided it was worthwhile to try it out. The installation was quite simple, with any and all instructions given. I’d like to note that the screws and other bits are in the longer cushion, which was stated, before it came, in an email and the instructions. I had to assemble it myself, which took under an hour, but I believe with 2 people it can just take half that time. I also recommend to connect the back to the arms first, as connecting it to the seat before can be quite a hassle to deal with later on assembling.The chair comes in many colours, to which I chose the pink one, it is not a harsh and saturated pink, but rather a more pale and soft pink, I love how it’s not too much on the eyes and is very alike to it’s pictures. The padded material is comfortable to sit on and the chair’s wheels are easy to control, they are very glide-able on hard surfaces, I have yet to check on carpet.

I was so happy I found a chair for my computer desk that looked good, had a reasonable cost and delivery time. It was easy to assemble and you are even sent an email from support advising you where the parts are so you do not unbox it and panic that items are missing.The only reason I have not scored 5/5 on Comfort as for me personally it's not as wide as I hoped and with the arms rests on it, its a bit of a tight squeeze and this feels uncomfortable. I am sure I will adjust this is just a personal comfort.

Initially we were really pleased with the chair, sturdy and comfy and good value for money, so good we bought another.However a few months later and the first of the purchase chairs (5 months ago) has completely failed, when in the complete upright / lock position the chair leans back 10 degrees and the back of the chair isn't completely in sync with the seated part, I'm not a heavy guy 13st. The other chair is still working well (purchased 3/4 months ago)

OK buying furniture on Amazon, you don't know what you are going to get. I took a chance even with just a few reviews which isn't enough. This seat has exceeded my expectation. I'm really pleased. It is very comfortable. Double cushioned as mentioned. I hope it will last. It is 10x better than a chair I got from Argos. After sitting on this new chair and going back to the Argos one, it's like sitting on a cloud.I ordered the dark grey and it's the perfect grey. It's not black and it's not light grey but a nice dark grey that looks great, will cover any dirt that gets on it.The wheels fly around. They are very smooth. They don't make sound.The only criticism I have of the chair is that the arm rests are a bit low. If sitting at the desk, the arm rests do not come up to the level of the desk so you cannot lean on them when typing. I getting used to them and it's not that bad but wanted to mention.When you squeeze the cushions, the cushions feel well made. It feels as if it will last a while.These chairs are not professional chairs that you get in your office. They are all slightly flimsey where it will wiggle a bit from side to side.Only time will tell how this chair lasts but if it lasts me just a couple of years, it's well worth it as most important is comfort and this chair has it in spades. Plus it looks nice. My work production and happiness from working from home has increased by 100%. I think it's worth if. Paid around £100.

Item supplied was very poor quality, I am unable to lean back on the chair without the chair going to a near horizontal position, it is incredibly flimsy.I have tried tightening the screws, and setting the knob to the minimum recline, but no change. I think the problem is just the poor quality.I contacted the seller, but they had no suggestions. They claim to have sent another chair that I never received, then stopped responding to my messages.Eventually got my money returned through Amazon, but wish I had never used them.

Very attractive and easy to assemble. All parts present and instructions clear. Please note the height of the arms are much lower than desk height so your posture for work leaves your arms unsupported and doesn't meet assessment standards. Padding also quick to assume 'natural indents' after very little use.
