I take creatine regularly, I'm 82 and find it helps considerably, this product is top quality, small regular doses works well forme, and the price is competitive, good all round.

Good value for money, not been taking them long enough yet to give proper review, tablets are big and have lose powder on them,not an issue for me but some might struggle!!

If I forget to take these then I can tell my sleep suffers. Great product.

I can normally swallow handfuls of supplements in one go. With these you have to take them one by one as they are tablets and not capsules and so if you put more than one in your mouth they immediately clump together and get stuck in your throat. I have no idea why any manufacturer makes large hard tablets instead of capsules these days. If the tablet is larger than a normal headache size then you have to go easy to swallow capsule style. I would never buy these again and I am throwing the two tubs I bought in the bin as I have had to cough them up too many times now. Awful.
