Good product and is a twist off which is super convenient. Looks nice and lines up on the bike.

The tank now leaks gas excessively

Did not fit '08 ZX14. I had to use a grinder to shorten the screwholes to make it sit flush. Cannot get the cap off with fingers even lubed and loosely tightened. Luckily I usually keep tools in my backpack. Gonna get a different one soon. Looks nice though.

For $20 not bad.Pros:nice colorEasy to installKeyless accessGreased for smooth openingThe inside port slips in nicely making it a bit easier to pour fuel.Cons:Top flange fits over the factory fuel port instead of snug in side (see attached photos).Does not come with screws/bolts (make sure to keep your old ones.)The indents for your fingers to unscrew the cap is a bit shallow( make sure have a good grip on the cap or use a towel and pliers later on down the road.)My concerns are mainly that the flange fits over the factory port instead of flush worried water may seep inside the tank. Not super noticeable though.Since it seats into the port a little differently than a factory key gas cap it's more likely to trap gas vapors during different temperatures outside so it may become difficult to open when the heat or cold causes the fuel to change pressure. Just remember to keep your face away from the gas cap when opening if you dont have a vapor release hose on your tank. I have attached photos of my factory key gas cap( last pic.) as well as the new gas cap for reference.06 Kawasaki ninja 650r.

Put one on my 2008 ninja 650r, fit perfectly as described

Quality is solid but the fitment isn’t perfect on my 2008 650R, leaving a small gap between the mounting plate and the lip of the gas tank itself. It seals the fuel in well though, however the smell of gas is definitely stronger over OEM

I can confirm this fits a 2001 ZX-6R.
