Not for a Honda Accord 2003-2007 as advertised and suggested by Amazon Confirmed Fit !
The bulbs are probably just fine, but they are not for a Honda Accord 2003-2007!After removal of the instrument panel, the lighting is surface mount LED's!That makes this item 100% useless! The cost is not worth the Gas to Return!

Its the right fitment and work well.

Don’t be fooled by pictures
They are very dim. These blue are not bright at all. At full brightness it just isn’t enough to illuminate the instrument panel. Very disappointed.
