For the Price it’s a Win Win for the Buyer
I always tend to destroy this type of wire cutter because they are nice and sharp, small enough to fit in your shirt pocket and always available when I need to cut something they shouldn’t be used to cut! That Segway was to say that having a lot of these you can scatter around your house and keep for backup, will ensure you not using the same old abused, raggedy arsed cutters. You could buy a good set of Milwaukee if you want to keep for fine wire work but I believe these will outlast a high dollar pair because they give you so many backups. When I saw the price on these for the number of pairs I received it seemed to good to be true and I almost avoided them for lack of time and laziness to need to return them. But I’m definitely glad I made the purchase. I honestly haven’t cut a single wire yet, but I have 50 years experience working with many brands and I can tell these are solid for the money.I placed several pairs in all corners of the garage so I never had to walk 10 feet to get them LOL, a pair in my work office, one in the kitchen, master bedroom and several I placed somewhere else as backups. (Hopefully I can find them should I need those backups in the next 10 years).Yes, I would recommend the tool for the quality, number of pairs I received and the super low cost.

Good quality and quantity for the price!
This is a second time I reordered. Price is good and I don’t afraid to mess it up, if I need to cut harder, wider wire. Fine tips allow me to do finer cut when I work in my jewelry repair shop. Usually on a daly basis 10 to 6 the entire box is enough for a good two months or so. Shipping was fast. Packaging allows it to use as a storage, it packed inside very nicely.

Good, Very Useful, But Fragile is the nature of the beast.
What to know:Flush cutters like these are fragile, but they are valuable and a pleasure to use. They are ONLY for delicate work, and can be easily destroyed just by squeezing them too hard. So don't buy them for cutting steel music wire, Romex, coat hangers, etc. (and then write a boo hoo review). Flush cutters are for fine electronic or soft metal jewelry work, and need to be handled gently- there is no way to make them delicate, precise and also rugged. Likely that is the logic behind selling them by the 10's. That said, These cutters are not precisely made and the edges on about 7 of the 10 I received were slightly misaligned. This is usual for these Asian sourced flush cutters. The slightly crooked cutters will work OK, but you can get the Swiss tool experience without the Swiss tool price by tuning up the misaligned ones carefully on a belt sander, until the blade meet is perfect; no skill is required- just sand the back face until edges are a single smooth surface. I did my 7 crooked ones 7 about 10 minutes by the clock. Then enjoy some very precise, perfectly flush wire cutting. And when your clumsy robotics students wreck them, just go back and get another pair.Meanwhile, I note that the handle cushions and the return springs on these look and feel great.

perfect for cutting SOFT small gauge wire
Works well for very small gauge soft wiring. Guitar electronics, etc.I did try to cut wound and unwound electric guitar strings and these were unable to even cut the .10 gauge. To be fair, this is NOT what these are made for; so i'm still giving five stars.

Effective, but cheapy made
1/5th of the flush cutters had mis-aligned jaws. Good enough for the price, though.

Great deal, excellent value.
Super inexpensive. Outstanding quality. I now have ten, but I doubt that I will wear through even one. This was one of the better deals I've found on Amazon!
