This is a superior product! I am a traveling nurse and have to print notes on the run, so this printer is so perfect. I bought the regular paper also so it would print flat and fit better in plastic sleeve. The quality of this printer is spot on! No need for ink and the print quality is perfect! Well worth every penny! Small and compact! Battery life is great but it can be used while charging! If something ever happens to this printer I will not hesitate to buy another one!!

I rated this printer 4/5 stars. The print quality is great, and the app is easy to use, though some features require payment to unlock. The printer has a bit of weight to it, but it feels sturdy and well-built. The printing speed is decent, but if you like very fast printing, this might not be for you. It’s a little loud, but since I’m using it for wood burning, the noise doesn’t bother me. The thermal paper isn’t recyclable, which is a downside, but it’s still better than throwing away ink cartridges. The color quality is great and not faded. The included case is solid, and I love that you can adjust the paper clips inside to fit smaller rolls. Overall, I definitely recommend this product for the value you get for the price and it functions very nicely.

I got this printer to have for my office at work. I use it to print things when I am too lazy to walk to the large copier. It prints an 8.5x11" sheet of paper in under a minute. I love how easy the app is to use. It'll be great to use on the go as well and for meetings that are held outside of my office, especially with the nice case it came with it. Set was a breeze, it was already charged and I downloaded the app and it connected immediately to the printer, literally set up in under a minute!

The media could not be loaded. Hello. I purchased this thermal printer from Amazon on March 26, 2025. It appeared to be working fine after I done a few test prints. I just got a pack of thermal paper yesterday. It printed one page and stopped working. It stays powered on but doesn't power off. There's no working function of the unit at all.

I recently got the Phomemo M834 Bluetooth Portable Printer, and I am seriously impressed! This little device delivers crisp 300 dpi prints with enhanced clarity, making it perfect for printing documents, notes, and even creative projects. This is, by far, my favorite Phomemo product. I love that it comes with four different paper sizes and a carrying case. The images are crisp and well saturated. So, far I've only had to charge it once so the battery is great too. My only wish is that there was a way to print in color, but with it being thermal that isn't the case.Overall, a great printer!

Amazing product and very simple, usable design. Super durable for a rechargeable unit. The battery is great and lasts a long time. The print speed is a lot faster than you’d think. The print quality is also smooth and perfect for internal printer of this size and portability. Amazing price and excellent service. Definitely worth buying for all your thermal printing needs! Connecting to the printer took less than 3 seconds and it was flawless connection.
