I am a big big Real Black Licorice Fan
I purchased a number of black licorice and was a bit hesitant on this one due to a twist in the candy. I don't want Rope Vine or any off the shelf licorice. This also doesn't have what I feel is the main ingredient in black English licorice and that is Trickle. However, I is very good, It has a good bite, strong licorice flavor, not overly oiled. Love it and will buy it again.

Everybody has a opinion on what licorice should taste like, and I have had a lot of disappointments. In my opinion this is as close as it gets in taste and texture.
