For purchase it's pretty sturdy then with one year warranty for which haven't yet got call back for usages

Good look, Sleek and Value for Money.

New product, never used, did not work when connected. Product was delivered with internal damage. We were away from home and opened the package after a month and found the product not working. Initiated the warranty but the company personal stated that it cannot be repaired. Product has a two years warranty. Dont know what to do???

Just to give a background, this is my 4th microwave oven in cooking arsenal as I often reheat frozen idllis, sambar, vegetable avial simultaneously to save time and sometimes felt the need to keep one on the dining area so that it will be handy to reheat and pick the steamy idlis straight from the oven while I am having one, the other 3 are of Haier 20L convection, MarQ 30 Ltrs convection and Galanz 20L convection.Now getting to Pros or reason why I bought this.1 Comparing all these 4 MW ovens now when it comes to power delivery I found this this has highest delivery of microwave power to food, let's say this is Rank 1 and heats it quickly though input power is only around 1450w compared to MarQ 30L which takes 1570w. will say this is Rank 2 and Haier 20L stands at 3rd position at around 1350w and Galanz at around 1250w input power comes last when it comes to heating food.2 It has a digital jog dial which I can't miss since they are so convenient to use while cooking and all my other 3 have them and I am very used to it now. You can increase the time in steps of 5 seconds when once turned anti clock wise one step and then turn clock wise to increase the time in standby mode. Also this is not a press type multi function jog dial which only Galanz has in my ovens where you can rotate and press it to start the oven. In this model you need to press start seperate button like MarQ and Haier 20L convection.Also we can increase the time by 30 secs on each press of start button on the run while oven is heating the food.3 The digital display - this is convenient to use if we are heating small quantity of food where seconds matter and adjustments we do while it is cooking, the display is super clear and bright with white led makes it easy to read it from a distance.4 Door handle - This I wanted to ensure easy removal of food from Oven especially when we are eating and hands are messed with food.Now extra info which may be useful to you if you are concerned about the dimensions as I was, I found the dimensions mentioned on the listing ad pictures are totally wrong, this is not so big and of almost same size as of my Haier 20L convection oven, slightly bigger. so actual dimensions are 47cm width 38cm depth and 28cm heightCons not that any major1 Power cord I found to be bit short2 Noise wise this is equivalent to Galanz which is more than MarQ 30L and Haier 20L convectionsOther observations the square silver color foil type MW radiation sheet is at lower level compared to my other 3, not sure if it is good for even heat distribution or bad or this is an upgraded design or is it common in non convectionMain reason to buy this was the cheapest listing with all these above feature combination , bought it for Rs 6050 - 10% bank discount = Rs 5445Hope this helps you in your buying journey, happy shopping !
