After reviewing the health benefits of utilizing a vibration plate, I purchased this particular item due to its various settings and speeds. I am very pleased with the performance and features. It has definitely helped circulation, especially in the lymphatic system. The remote is nice to have so you can change speed/settings without disembarking from the plate. It has a timer that counts down so you know the time left (at a glance) from your original setting selection. If you're in the market for a vibration plate, I would definitely recommend this one. I think it is very comparable to more expensive models.

Will never regret this purchase best exercise machine I bought in years my balance is great my muscles are tone works exactly as promised doesn't hurt my joints as other workouts do and I have better pain relief it does help with weight loss since it builds muscle and helps balance

Product came new, unlike some other reviews I read, mine didn’t seem like a used one. (Not me bragging btw) it came with everything listed above and lights up to reflect the different speeds just as it states it would. Which is another reason why I wanted this one over others I was looking into. I think my biggest issue is that the weight limit - even when stated in the products title and all throughout the “about this item” description - photos as well as the weight recommendations - said it had a 500 lb weight limit.Now I’m nowhere close to 500 lbs but I was disappointed to see this didn’t actually hold the limit described. I just wanted something I knew I could use to help my lower back, since physical therapy couldn’t as much. Not to mention it’s very pricey. For anyone whose been searching for one that will for sure hold their “a little more to love body,” and is scared of stepping on one of these and it not functioning properly for lack of better words because of their size, please understand that this particular machine actually only holds up to 330. Crazy, right? Don’t believe me, order it and look at the label on it next to the power switch. Look at the manual that comes with it. That will tell you the truth. Very different from what’s advertised here.To the average person, this shouldn’t be a problem. I realize that’ll bring up a whole other topic of discussion for some on why anyone would be that size using this and blah blah, but for those few out there who are looking for a product that actually helps and holds them too, this is more than deceiving and frankly false advertising. Again, If your weight is more than 330, please consider a different brand. This isn’t the one for you.

I researched it on PubMed, and a recent meta analysis (overarching study) of 30 research studies supports the role of vibrating plates in promoting bone density (DadeMathews et al., 2022 Complement Ther Med 65:102811, PMID: 35093509). So I'm on board. I looked at different instruments that could do more than just vibrate and this one does 3 modes and came through Amazon. The latter is beneficial, just in case it does not meet my needs and I can then return it. So far it seems to work and I feel fine after using it. It comes with 9 pre-set programs and can also be run manually using the controls on the machine or the remote. You can feel it working out your body as you stand on it. On Program P2 it tells me I burned about 170 calories. Sounds good though I'm thinking it may depend on the weight of the person using it. The booklet is missing some information; it does not tell you exactly what each program entails and what the difference is between each program, so I will need to work that out by doing the different programs. Looking at the tiny pictures, it seems that each Program only does 1 type of movement, not a combination of all three (oscillating, pulsating, lateral). But I may be mistaken. It would benefit the manufacturers to explain the programs better. The price is competitive for a "4D" machine. My daughter, who owns a different (more expensive) brand, tried this one out and gave it two thumbs up. I will update in due time once I've figured the Programs out. Standing on this gadget for 10 minutes a day beats walking around with 30 lbs on my back...my other plan for bone strengthening. My guess is this is way easier on my knees than the 30 lbs.

Below is very helpful info about this make and model.Up-Down Motion: 5.6–9.6 Hz, amplitude 11 mmSide-to-Side Motion: 5.2–7.1 Hz, amplitude 6 mmPulsating (wave) Motion: 30–40 Hz, amplitude 1–2 mmIf you want to increase/improve bone density, we recommend using Pulsating Motion, as 30-40hz has been shown by research to be beneficial in enhancing bone density.*Still testing different settings. So far I’m impressed with this plate!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve looked at vibration plates for a year trying to decide which one I would purchase! These things go from 50$ to 3000$ in price points with different functions and claims! I bought this one after my research and everything seems to be working correctly but these lights haven’t been working since day 1! I’ve sent an email and I’m currently waiting on a response or solution! Will update later but for the price I paid I expected everything to be good!

OMG I almost told my husband to get out after I tried it but I forgot my vibration plate could not pay the bills I love this thing so much and my husband says that plate really tires you out Little do he know it's doing his job Happy wife happy life
