Being a Swedish brand ,This is something o definitely trust .Easy to use and quality seems to be high with packaging and with the pill quality consistency.Tates great (if u like the taste) and done smell awful / cheap.Overall due to health benefits I would consider this great value for money. The product the vitamin content required from the the product in question.

At the time of ordering this product to try on the Amazon Vine programme it was £39.99 but it has since been reduced to almost £30 with an additional 10% discount currently available too.I've nearly finished the bottle of capsules with a recommended dosage of two capsules per day.I've tried taking them at different times of the day but have found at night is best as that is when I'm least likely to suffer the dreaded 'fish burps'. I've only suffered with this relatively rarely since taking these and that was mainly after doses taken in the morning, so I've taken to swallowing them at night time.This seems to be where cheaper capsules differ to the more expensive counterparts as 'fish burps' used to be a regular thing but the capsules we take these days it seems to be less of a problem.The bottle is branded nicely, reflecting NY03 as a Norwegian company but sourcing the krill oil from the Antarctic (which is a common source).The ingredients are outlined in the item description reflecting a two-capsule dose and have a good amount of the good stuff (Omega-3, EPA, DHA, phospholipids, Choline and Astaxanthin).However, to justify the relatively high price of this bottle I did a little research to see whether they contained a very high amount of these ingredients compared to other krill oil capsules on the market.A quick check against the Amazon choice in this category shows that there isn't really much in it (when comparing two capsules vs two capsules) and the Amazon choice was significantly cheaper, so I was left feeling that perhaps even at the reduced price this NY03 krill oil is still a little on the expensive side based on the ingredients it offers.It has nice branding and the capsules are sized OK for just swallowing dry but to be a regular user of these and get the long term benefits of relieving joint pain and stiffness, immune system boost, eye and skin health etc they'd have to be reduced further to justify choosing them over the many other krill oil capsules on the market.It's 4 stars from me.

Screw top with a pull-off plastic tab underneath.The capsules are the 'softgel' type but are not soft/squishy. They are a deep red/purple sort of colour. I found them easy enough to swallow dry.Far too early to say how effective they are, but the benefits of Omega 3 are well-known.I would've say that they are quite expensive at £44.99 for the tub, even with the 5% off voucher that is currently available.
