Good Product
Good Product. Cleans properly. Easy to use and charge. Just finding cleaning liquid is an issue. Hope it is listed on Amazon soon by Ecovacs.

Just what I needed
Ecovacs doesn’t disappoint! Perfect addition to my new house full of 10 foot glass windows. Before I bought this Just cleaning the windows seemed like a Herculean task before this lil thing arrived. It literally feels like Christmas came early! Does what it’s supposed to do perfectly. Love the design and it’s so handy and easy to use. It’s of good quality and I feel I would use it well that it justifies the high price.

Efficient window cleanser
We recently bought the Ecovacs window cleaner and have been very impressed with its performance. It does a fantastic job of cleaning our windows — leaves them spotless with minimal effort on our part. The suction is strong, and the navigation is smart and reliable.The only thing to note is that the cleaning cloth need to be washed frequently to maintain optimal results, especially if you're cleaning multiple or heavily soiled windows. But that's a small tradeoff for the convenience and quality of cleaning it delivers.Overall, a great product — makes window cleaning effortless and effective! Highly recommended.

How eco vacs window cleaner made my life easier
Outstanding product it has all most solve my problem to clean windows where it’s really tough to reach and the app user interface is really easy to use haven’t seen a product like this overall I love this product as it has helped to make my work easier

Not cleaning and service is not good
Not good cleaning and after clean glass look like too many scratches i don't like this product very bad

Does not work as advertised
This window BOT does not clean as advertised. In our house we have a large wall made of glass. The bot does not cross a simple edge from one glass to another. So half way above, say at 10 feet the BOT stops working and I have to manually bring it down. Unfortunately the return window has elapsed and I am now trying to contact the manufacturer for support.
