So many vitamins are in large capsules which I struggle to get down. These are a good size. The outer casing is a little tough for me otherwise great.

Only half the strength advertised - have to take 2 capsules for 1000mg daily!
Daily Dose is 2 softgel capsules, so effectively it's only 60 1000mg doses - (each capsure only 500mg) whereas implied 120.Felt ripped off as if you buy 120 capsules from Holland & Barrett - each one is 1000mg.
