I had an issue with the solar panels I received, as they weren’t charging properly. I sent a message to the Amazon customer service twice but nobody returned a response. Then I reached out to the ApowKing’s customer service team listed in the manual directly. After a few email exchanges, they promptly sent me replacement panels. Excellent product. Used it on our most recent camping trip to charge multiple electronics and to inflate air mattresses. Bank life never dropped under 50% over a 4 day period. Overcast conditions and the solar panel still brought the bank up over 75% with only a few hours outside. The construction is durable enough that the bank was safe in the back of the truck. Light weight, could easily carry in a ruck. Comes with d-rings to hang/attach the panel anywhere. Highly recommend.

I like it. It's small and fits nicely in my truck. It charged my laptop and cell phone. I like having the wall charger. The solar panels are okay but takes a long time to charge.

I must say I was a bit skeptical. Once fully charged with solar panel at 100 I was good to go. Never assume it will work straight out the box. I literally just charged with solar panel alone. Before testing/ utilizing for any outdoor event. Works like a charm ✨️

This is the small solar gen sys that I’ve been using daily for one month and it has been great. I’ve tested and experimented with all of the features. Can charge by wall outlet, car, and solar panel.The solar panel has multiple output ports and works well charging various handheld devices directly via USB-A, USB quick charge, USB-C, and 12 volt. Surprised by its utility.

UPDATE:I bought an exact replacement of this item to see if I just got a dud. Nope. Well, not sure, but still not impressed at all. Out of the box the new replacement was at 78% battery life. I plugged the solar panel into it and put it in a west facing window with complete unblocked full sun, and three hours later it’s at 84%. Really? At that rate it would take 50 hours of full sun to charge from 0%. It’s basically charging at 2% per hour. My reason for buying this is because of the state of our world today. I want to be at least minimally prepared if there is any sort of power outage. This product must be a mistake, or my expectations are too high. Guess I’m returning them both because this won’t help much.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The power unit itself is pretty nice, however I've tried to charge it with the solar panel for hours, inside my house through a window, and then outside, and even though the panel it putting out 19vdc, the base unit will NOT increase its charge level. I let it sit for hours inside first, then outside, and the battery percentage actually went down slightly. I then plugged in the wall charger and the battery went from 84% to 100% in less than an hour. Apparently something is not working right. Returning it.

This is the best .There’s plenty of connection for everyone; we keep our equipment charged all weekend. I Have not had any problems and the battery last an incredible long time. Very easy to carry, we love it. The Durability is incredible.

This battery pack is cool. Its about the same as my 30k Mah i carry around that's significantly smaller. The light feathers are nice as well as the solar panel charging. One thing i noticed about the solar charging is that it doesnt update the battery status in real time. I left the solar panel connected for about 2 hours when it was at 18% and came to check on it and it showed 18% still. About an hour later it shows 56%. I noticed this before when I charged on solar. Was at about 56% and after about 2 hours I showed 56% and I took it off. I checked a little later and it shows 92%. I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this when they are charging their batteries. The best part about this package is the adapters and cords. I can now use my portable soldering iron with the cord to and it works better than with the 100w usb c cable and maintains better consistent power. As far as the 110v its not going to power a lot things you might think it would. It can not keep up with the power needs of some appliances like a counter top ice maker or coffee maker. It can power on a lamp that has charging ports for usb charging and it can charge other devices as well. It can maintain power output on a printer and print with no issues. Overall just with the things I have tried it on it can do what it says its can do which is laptops, phones and other small devices. It will require more battery to charge the high-end phones and devices with fast charging but overall its a solid buy for what I need to use it for. Its bulkier than I want but since my job can be unpredictable with lighting. Having the 2 light features is handy when you find yourself with no light and trip hazards are everywhere. If there is anything I would say that could make this better would be to increase the battery capacity from 39600mAh to something at least over 80k and increase the output for fast charging for the usb-c my phone can't do fast charging even with my 100w usb-c to usb-c cable. It can fast charge if you use the ac outlets and that is great but you need to keep the block with you in order to fast charge.
