Good quality and probably effective:)
Good value starflower oil effective (I think) in reducing breast tenderness. I'm taking double the dose on the label, but please take medical advice on that

Giving it a try - but what dosage?
To early to say if it does anything for me but found this info on dosage:Correct dosage:Starflower oil currently has no UK or EU recommended daily allowance or upper safe limit.A 1,000mg starflower capsule dosage is commonly taken per day 🤔 interesting as most brands say two a day (2a day doubles the cost).

500 mg capsules!!!
I wish I’d read the reviews! This is not 1000mg per capsule, it is 500mg. The 1000mg refers to the serving size which is TWO capsules! That makes it double the price!
