Stainless Steel Meat Tenderizer.
I'm wild about the new meat tenderizer. The old one I had I had to throw out, a chicken killed it and the handle fell off. I don't that is going to happen with this one. Solid Stainless Steel will hold up a lot longer. Thank you so much.

Heed The Listing Warning
This is a very nice mallet with an attractive finish and a nice weight, but you need to heed the numerous warnings in the listing that it is a soft stainless steel. I crushed a single ice cube under several layers of dish towels and it dented the flat side. One would not think that a solid head would be able to be dented to the extent I experienced, but that's on me. I was warned. Now you are too.
