Bought the wrong product wanted evapo-rust (£20 a litre ) . This was £20 for 5 litres . I thought might as well give it a try . Had some very rusty horse shoes lying around put them in a plastic container and just covered with the liquid , left it over night approximately 8-10hrs great results well pleased . Removed the rust , cleaned off the excess liquid cant complain would reccomend and would buy again

This kind of rust remover is very effective against all rust. ease of application. value for money. when applied it dries fairly quick. the thickness is like water so it can get into all of the crevices. and to apply this you can spray it on or use a suitable brush please use protection like gloves and eye protection when using this product.

I bought this to remove rust from my drain pipes. Reading the instructions it says soak over night. Now this gave me an image of me taking down the heavy pipes and buying a swimming pool to soak them over night. I got round this by soaking rags and putting on pipes with clingfilm to keep in place. Next time will try and look at reviews to check first. Did take some of rust of, only needed to do a light sand before painting.

Soaked a metal mulching plug from a ride on mower for approximately 3 weeks. The rust and corrosion has hardly changed. Will not buy again.

This stuff works well. It really did scare me a little after I dropped an exhaust clamp in some to test and it started hissing and bubbling!Came out almost shiny the next day.Does not stain two different stainless steel exhausts I've tried. Does blacken feeler gauges though so YMMV.Cleans insanely well really, just smells of some really hazardous gases, especially after adding to rusty metal.WEAR A MASK, don't use near electronics - think it may generate flammable gas.

Followed the instructions and unfortunately it didn’t remove any of the rust from my decking cables.

As a metal Detectorist this stuff is a God send, I soaked a heavly encrusted Buckle overnight, one which I tried to clean with many products, when I came back in the morning the rust had just "fell away" I also tried a piece of copper which would not clean up, hey presto, sparkling like new, cannot rate this highly enough.
