Cute Effect But Overpriced
What you get - 1 starter bling set with everything you need to add gems to your hair.Pros - this was actually pretty easy to use and you get gems in your hair nicely for not much effort. Kids really enjoyed playing with it.Cons - the biggest thing is the price. You do get a nice little starter pack of gems but at almost $60 for this kit there is no way I can find a way to justify the price point which is why it only has a 3 star review from me.Overall - Fun but so expensive.

Fun and Easy Sparkle for Kids!
Value Rating: 3⭐ – While this kit is definitely fun and easy to use, the price feels pretty steep for what you get. It’s a simple concept, and $59 seems excessive for a tool that just presses adhesive gems onto hair.Specifications:• Includes gold-plated Blinger styling tool• 90 precision-cut glass crystals (30 Clear Crystal, 30 Light Rose, 30 Crystal Golden Shadow)• Adhesive gems that stick to hair and skin without heat or glueKey Points:• Huge Hit with My Niece – My 5-year-old niece absolutely loved this! It’s super simple to use, and she had a blast decorating her hair.• No Mess, No Fuss – The adhesive gems stick well but can be brushed out without residue or damage.• Reusable? Not Really – The gems are single-use, and refills will add to the cost.• Pricey for What It Is – The tool itself feels a bit basic, and while the included gems are nice, it’s hard to justify the price tag.Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a fun activity for a kid who loves all things sparkly, this will definitely be a hit! Just be aware that once the gems are gone, you’ll need to purchase refills. A fun concept, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Too much effort for not enough reward
I don't think I understand the point of this blinger. It comes in very large gift box with lots of inside plastic holding everything in place so it can be seen outside of the box, but all that's inside is a blinger tool (that can't be more than 4-5 inches in diameter) and a handful of plastic rings with small crystals. Why so much packaging?! This is easy enough to use -- put the plastic ring into the tool, put your hair in the clip, and squeeze. Then the bling is supposed to stick to your hair and stay in place and look pretty. I don't think this is made for curly hair because nothing stuck -- they just fell out of my hair, even when I made thick braids to try to give it a little something more to stick to. I don't know why I wouldn't just use some crystal stickers (which probably will stay just as short a time as these do.) Overall, sadly, this is not something I'm going to end up using for my hair.

such a fun decoration for girls' hair
This is so much fun and gives such beautiful results! We used it in a girls party and everyone was super stoked about it. It is super easy to use, just place the desired crystal wheel on and click it. It was easy to attach crystals to hair strands and for some it was even possible to add on the braids. One of the girls were wearing them even the next day, but you have to be careful not to comb it out. The crystal quality is beautiful and sparkles well. A great product for figure skaters, gymnasts and other types of dancers. It sure lasts the whole evening, but with the right care it can last an entire day or more. The crystals stick on pretty well and after combing them out they do not leave any glue residues or any other marks which would where the crystal was attached. A super easy and fun way to add some bling bling to the occasion.

Let's not overthink this, it does EXACTLY what it advertises to do in a fancy pants way!
I am reviewing the Blinger Shimmer Starter kit with Gold-Plated Gem Stamper and 90 cut glass crystals. This is the first blinger kit that I have seen that seems to be particularly geared towards adult women. Not that women can't use the kid's version, but this package shows a grown woman with sparkles in her hair, not a child or teenager.Another detail is that the crystals included aren't just rhinestones, they are specifically Swarovski crystals. Most children wouldn't care about the brand name, but a fancy pants woman (like myself) would be swayed by the higher end crystals. In addition, the blinger tool on this is....well BLINGIER than the other bingers I have seen. It is shiny shiny gold and feel luxurious. This particular kit is like getting a Lexus instead of a Toyota. All that being said, this kit is supposed to take crystals and stick them to your hair and/or your skin using a tool. THAT is what it advertises. The process is simple. You load the machine and then use the machine to stick the crystals to your person or someone else. That is what it does, and following the straightforward directions or video online, you will get what you want from it which is little crystals on whatever you put it in.So I don't need to argue about what it should or shouldn't cost or do. The kit is advertised at a particular price with a particular task, and it delivers on the task exactly as advertised.By the way, it also look really nice in the box. So if you are getting this with the intention to give it away, it presents really beautifully. It is well packaged and elegant looking, and ultimately it works. So, I don't know why this kit would ever get low reviews. On the other hand, could you just buy a bunch of sticky crystals and manually stick them to yourself? Sure thing! LOL but this is much more fun. And honestly...before you bought this, you knew you had the power to stick crystals on yourself manually. Didn't you?By the way, as long as you don't lose the crystals, you can use them again. If you are meticulous, you could reload the empty crystal circle with new crystals too or the old recycled ones. It isn't rocket science.Honestly, my one comment to the company would be to make the blinger have a storage area. That is the only upgrade I think this kit needs. The blinger itself is small, but it would be nice if the extra crystals could be stored somehow in the machine.NOTE - You may have seen the line above my review that says, ''Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.'' So you may be thinking, ''Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?'' I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it's not really ''free.'' Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don't get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.
