Decorably 15 Math Careers Posters for Classroom, 11x14in Matte-Laminated Educational Math Posters for High School

Very colorful posters had my math class assigned one each day and wrote reports on the careers. Parents were very complimentary of attempts to steer children into math careers

My school is an AVID school which has a focus on college & career readiness at all grade levels. I wanted to create a career bulletin board for next school year. Then I found this set from Decorably!!I decided to pair it with 3 others sets also from Decorably to decorate above the lockers in the hallway outside of the 3rd & 4th grade classrooms! There were 3 posters that were duplicates. I got rid of one poster to make an even 60 posters. The other two posters, I hung at the opposite ends of the hallway.I used the following sets:* 16 Science Career Posters - 11x14in* 15 Math Careers Posters - 11x14in* 15 English Careers Posters - 11x14in* 15 Community Helpers Posters - 11x14inThe posters are the PERFECT SIZE! I love how they look in the hallway. My principal is THRILLED at how it turned out and wants to duplicate it in another area of the school. GREAT COLORS & QUALITY!!In the middle I added the words: WHEN I GROW UP I CAN BE . . .For this I used:* Teacher Created Resources Brights 4Ever 7" Fun Font Letters, Multi-colored* Joyberg 18Pack Poster Board, 11in x 14in White Poster Boardsand I used the stars and dots from this set to help decorate it. I will use the remaining in another bulletin board.* 94 Pcs STEM/STEAM Bulletin Board SetThe picture attached is a merge of 3 separate pictures. The whole display is 48 posters on the bottom and 12 posters on the top (6 on each side) with the words in the center. This does not show ALL posters.Also, I am still considering what to youput in the empty space. However, I am so HAPPY with it already!

These posters are fantastic quality and very colorful. The size is perfect and the content reveals the various employment areas that incorporates math skills in our society.

The posters were as expected. The tape dots though- legit... they ripped off wall. Unfortunately, they only held for a week.

These are great to ignite classroom generators. They open the door to discuss careers and build student knowledge.

I decided to move these down so students could really see them, but here they are up in my classroom. It’s so awesome to see why we need math and the Careers Prospects.

Great posters. Worth the money

I ordered these for my wife as she is switching from 5th grade Science to Math. I think this emphasis on why do I need math is incredibly important to help kids understand the purpose of learning it and how it can be applied in specific fields. I think the product does a great job trying to explain how math is the foundation of multiple and varied careers. I could quibble and say they may have missed an opportunity to make the careers even more relevant to kids in a few of the Did you know and Famous People in the Field sections. I love the section that describes how Pixar hires Mathmeticians to work on their movies. That kind of information is very relevant to the kids who are thinking about their futures. Some of the other posters just provide seemingly random trivia. Nevertheless I love the concept, the simple and attractive artwork, they are sized well to allow for multiple posters to be placed in a small sections of a wall. I think these are great for any Math teacher wanting to encourage more kids to understand the variety of Math related careers. These can even be useful to open a dialogue about how pervasive Math is in our lives.
