I have been using HMR shakes for over 25 years. I use them to lose weight when it's crept up a bit to much for my liking and help me shed the pounds easily with out thinking to much about it. I highly recommend HMR shakes if you are trying to lose a significant amount of weight over a good period of time. Of course you'll need to exercise but the HMR shakes make it easy to see the weight come off and keep you motivated. The chocolate shake is by far the best tasking shake they have and I would dare say the best on the weight loss market. And I have tried a lot.

I love these shakes. I practically live on them. I mix them with PB peanut butter powder, 1% milk & ice. Sometimes I use the vanilla & other times chocolate. They are meal supplements & leave me full all night. (I have one for dinner)

I love these shakes. HMR is offered at the medical center I work for . However it's a medically supervised program. Considering we can buy without belonging to specific program is a deal . The taste I do love . Add some fruit . Keep in mind it's a meal replacement not a protein mix. And you blood sugar never drops . If you have a balanced diet you will loose weight. Even if just having one shake a day.

For the price I guess I expected a larger container although it is as described. Taste is good and is smooth to drink but since I haven’t ordered any meal replacement drinks in years I guess I expected different.Overall I like it.
