This product does get things moving but, for me, it’s a bit too strong. I only took this for 3 days and stopped because I would get gas pain and abdominal pain. It was just too much for me. But my husband took it and he did not have the same experience. I wish I could get my money back. You’ve been warned.

Works a little too well. Better be off work for all 7 days if you intend to continue it past a day. 💩

It works fairly quickly. But I made the mistake thinking oh it's pineapple flavored it should but fine to drink alone. Big mistake! It's 🤢 nasty!! I added my drink mix to it and that made it 98x better. No diarrhea solids only. I'm on day 3. I don't notice a change in my energy maybe that change tomorrow. But so far it's worth it. It's settles on the bottom quickly but if you ever eaten sea moss gel same thing.good value for my money.

The supplement states it was manufactured in the United States though it is not 3rd party tested or GMP for purity and quality of ingredients, which is a major negative for supplements. I do not know where the ingredients were actually sourced, though is loaded with a heightened variety of them. Many of the ingredients you would want in your system and part of your regular diet. I would suggest taking additional natural supplements in case of bloating, gas or diarrhea, which would realistically occur with a 7-day cleanse. The supplement has a lot of potential tho 3rd party tested and GMP-certified really is needed.
