Had some issues at first, but Amaztim support was fantastic in resolving those!!!Been using for a little more than a week. With my enabled options, I was able 9 days on a full charge.The display is just gorgeous and very easy to read even in direct sunlight. Scrolling through the menus and health monitoring apps is smooth as butter.My must have features in a watch is SMS/Text, Tap to Wake and Cover to turn off. Hard to find a smart watch in this price range with those features. The Tank M3/M3 Ultra has these features.Another little surprise with the Tank series watch...It has a Blood Pressure check. I do have elevated BP and use a certified home checker routinely. This watch, comes very close. In a few tests, both numbers were only off by a +- 3The other health monitoring apps work great. The sleep tracker pretty much matches what I was getting from Samsung Active 2 (R.I.P) and Tozo S6.Only negatives I can really say about the watch is the Kospet software on ow they handle notifications...App notifications are odd...You can have almost any app on your phone that does a notification appear on the watch, but only a select few will show the actual app icon. The rest, such as Outlook, MS Teams or Doordash appear with a generic icon. Not a big deal, but it would be nicer if it had its app iconWatch faces: There are plenty to choose from Analog, digital, themed faces...You can “create” your own watch face…sort of…all you can do is select a photo for background and it places the Time and date at the top or bottom. Note: you can’t change the font color, so choose your background photo wisely.Pros:Display is great and vivid, easy to read in direct sunlightTap to wakeCover to sleepHealth tracking (Steps, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, etc) are close to accurate.Receive SMS/Text messagesReceive notifications from almost any app on phoneCons:Only a select few apps can use their actual icon on the watch notifications, rest appear with a generic icon.Unable to create your own watch face* other than a background imageI'd recommend either the Amaztim Tank M3 or the M3 Ultra to anyone looking for a about $150!

Battery life is excellent. It does the the things I need, fitness, control music and calls. But 4 stars because the wrist strap is too cheap.

Screws came out of watch. Contacted company and they sent the tool and screws for watch and we were able to repair and wear the watch again with no issues.

I first received this watch and it was clearly used. I was very upset. I rage reviewed this product with a short and sweet, don't buy. and posted the review.After my hissy fit was over, i looked at the watch. I cleaned it up, put my own band on it and reset it, and just fell in love with it! Used or not, It was everything that i have wanted in a watch, above all, an accurate step counter!Soooo many cheap watches out there that over count your steps. This one is perfect.So, after my glee of falling in love with my used unloved watch, I took down my refund request.After doing so, I noticed about 12 hours earlier the watch people had reached out to me to make it right!To be honest, I like this watch so much, i was willing to just let it go and not deal with the return. Now, after they reach out, truly, this watch and these guys deserve a chance. The watch is built better in my opinion, than the pixel or the apple watch. I have used both. The apple one was used for a job tho and i hated that job so, might be a bit hateful towards that one.... so take that into consideration. ok, rambles over... thank you for attending my ted talk.So the five stars is well deserved for the watch itself and for the customer service.. Mistakes in shipping happen, things get mixed up. I get it.
