This toilet seat has completely upgraded my life!!!!!!! Don't hold back, don't second guess, you need this in your life!!!- supreme comfort of sitting in a nice warm and cozy toilet seat- INSTANT hot water from the bidet! No cold shock! It drains the little bit of cold water out before it starts so the water is always hot when it reaches you!- blow dry your butt!!!The installation was quite simple and not messy at all. I had a little difficulty lining the seat up to put on, so I used a crayon to mark the slots where it needed to line up. That helped a lot! I put it together all by myself and I'm an average woman. I made a small mistake and was able to easily fix it after looking at the "troubleshooting" section of the manual.I could nitpick about a few things. The water pressure is a little bit strong since the spray is such a thin stream. I think you can adjust the water pressure though. You can adjust the temperature and positioning as well. The angles are good for me. The blow dry fan isn't very powerful so it takes a while, but the air is definitely hot, it just might not feel like hot air at first while all the water is evaporating.I love this thing. It makes me feel so civilized. This is peak human development.

I had my first, very basic, bidet for over 10 years; decided I wanted to upgrade to one that warms the water. This warms the water temperature, the seat, and has an air dryer.It’s incredibly easy to install, plug in, and voila you’re done. I always tell people you don’t know what clean feels like unless you use a bidet and now I feel even more so, just with a warmer tush.

I'm modifying my current poor review. The manufacturer contacted me in order to make it right. They asked for photos. When I removed the seat to take photos I found that it actually worked as advertised. When I slid the seat back in, it clicked into place and held steady. I apologize for the following bad review: Works well but the locking device that slides onto the toilet (plastIc buttons the supposedly gripped the base plate and hold it in place) snapped off during installation. Now the seat needs to be manually adjusted every time it’s used. Installarion was difficult and I opted to keep it rather than undo all of the plumbing reqired. I bought a different brand for our guest room and it is vastly better - although more expensive

I seriously love this and my neighbors joke they try to make an excuse to use my bathroom. The heated seat is like a warm hug. Your toilet paper use will be reduced to a couple of squares used for inspection duty. Your only regret will be not buying it sooner.

Just Installation was easy. Came with two different size water supplies. You can use the short or long or both. I used the short.Everything worked as stated.

Amazing! As a grown man who climbs trees professionally for a living and living in the country with a septic system I can assure you this is a must have. I was definitely hesitant because I’ve never used one before and the men I work with say a lot of derogatory and ignorant comments about having or using one. I am happily open about my bidet experience my girlfriend is also 💯 satisfied with this hinnie cleaning machine… also winter time heated seat ya buddy! Get you one of these here bad boys!

This is amazing and super comfortable and has many functions but I did notice the seat on the underside has a crack in it and we are not heavy people by any means. The water pressure is nice and works well but I do also find it another full-time job to keep it clean as there are a lot of crevices. I would purchase again but I am unhappy about the crack in the seat. It is not even old.

UTIs are huge health concerns, particularly in the elderly. As I got older and lost flexibility, this was becoming a real concern. This was easy to install and works great. My only quibbles:1) It would be better to be able to mount the controller on the wall to see it more easily,2) Drying takes a while - at least 6 minutes for me, and3) At least for the smaller version, the seat is a bit small and a bit uncomfortable.
