Snails arrived very healthy. They were bigger than expected and after 3 days our aquarium is so clean!

They just arrived! I received six snails and they're all different and all very alive. After acclimating them, I placed them in my tank and they took off! (I tried to take a picture of all six together, but one was too fast for me.)So, I am very happy with my purchase!

All snails were DOA!

Fast shipping came within a few days & shipped the next day, needed some of these little guys to help with the algae in my tanks, I ordered 5 & got 6, so far they are all doing good! I went with these one cause they had better reviews then the others, and I see why! They look good, got a few different sizes! Thank you!

This company took care of me beautifully. Originally, I received a package of gorgeous snails that were not alive. I don't blame "Swimming Creatures." It was during a major cold front, and the package was likely not kept warm en route. The package was also delivered on a Monday, which meant that it languished somewhere over a weekend, probably not good for the snails. I contacted the company according to instructions in the mailing envelop, and then via the phone number given to send photos, and was promptly texted: "so sorry, replacement will be sent out :)". Not quite 2 weeks later I was texted with a Fedex tracking number. And, today, I received a package with 7 thriving snails, all which look great and are moving happily around my aquarium. I would certainly recommend "Swimming Creatures" for the quality of product (beautiful snails) AND customer service.

I received a large variety of nerites from color, to size to “design”. The horned ones unfortunately all arrived deceased. They are my favorites and I was hoping to add another one to my tank. Unfortunately Everytime I order horned ones they never survive regardless of the company. I’m unsure as to why that is.Anyway as of now only 3 of the nerite snails have survived.

i ordered 5, they are all alive so far. couple dark ones, and couple lighter orange ones with spots (: was hoping for more decorative ones but i know it’s the luck of the draw. they are all scooting across my tank glass, in brackish water!

All 7 snails are alive and doing well. It took a couple of them a couple of days to start moving around. Do the sniff test in case you aren't sure if their alive! I only felt safe putting 3 of them into my main tank because the other 4 have significant shell damage, perfectly round holes. These are in a quarantine tank with high calcium in hopes of healing the damage.
