Let me first thank Yume on making such an incredible product. This is probably one of the best scooters you can buy and for sure the best under 2K.I ordered the X11+ with the upgraded samsung battery and I took delivery shortly after. After a quick installation and adjustment of a few things I was up and running.The first thing I noticed was the power this thing has. I'm 6'0 and almost 300 lbs and this thing had no issues, even going up some one the steepest hills my city has to offer. The power is smooth, consistent and instantaneous.Single motor mode is smooth with less power for those that need to learn how to ride safely or if you just want to cruse around and get the most miles out of the battery. Dual motor mode is for those steep hills, trail riding or if you just want to have some fun. I ride in dual mode everywhere and its a blast.The scooter is easy to assemble. Theyve included detailed instructions but if that fails you can always contact them. They are quick to respond and will have the answer everytime. Your new scooter comes with accessories like, a storage bag, mirrors, dual chargers, a phone holder, and a very important part that makes this scooter much safer and that's a steering dampener. It's adjustable and appears to be made from a high quality metal. It even matches the scooter and trim.The build quality is probably the most noticeable thing. The lights are amazing and fully adjustable, color, speed and function. On the from of the scooter lighting up the road ahead are two U7 lights brighter than the sun its self and theyve included and wide beam light you can install.Nothing is cheap about this scooter and let me tell ya it will turn heads. Everywhere I go people flock to it and ask how fast is it, where can I get one and does it feel safe. I have zero issues promoting this brand and model as theyve produced an amazing product.The noise level is, well let be realaliatic, its electric and the only thing you will hear is the tires and brakes. Oh and the people yelling wow that's a sweet ride. The brakes will stop you on a dime and the tires are great for on and off road.I did a lot of research before investing in scooters and I've had more than 10 of them. This one is my favorite. I love how safe but fun this thing is.Oh and one other thing....Buy a seat and I don't mean the cheap bike seating looking one. I mean a real seat. They have them online and I believe they got one on Amazon that even has a storage box that locks on the back of it. It's a premium seat. Your center of gravity changes when your seated and makes it safer and easier to ride. You won't regret it. When buying any acooter be sure to check the air pressure on the tires before you going out riding it. The media could not be loaded. I got this X11+ today and I went over it tightening all the bolts and took it for a ride. It came charged 90% and didn’t take long after to charge. I seen the light on the charger turn green and took it out for a ride. Now I’m 350+ sometimes and got this X11+ 50mph very stable. I suggest you wear full face helmet and body gear when going that fast. Single motor 3rd gear 35mph up hill this thang is a beast. Dual motor 2nd gear is plenty fast to get you where you need to be. I did notice that life would change when going from dual motor to single drive the battery life changed also. I’m going to take it to work tomorrow to see how it does. Update later.Update 6/3/23:I was riding as usual and my rear motor wire got caught under my tire and shredded the wire, now it doesn’t work. I’m so upset now. I don’t know how this happen. My back wheel started to skid and I stopped immediately and seen that other wire was under the tire. Now I don’t have the scooter that I once loved and I am getting no support from either source. I have asurion but it keeps saying we’re unable to process I emailed Yume way and they haven’t replied back. I don’t know how I feel about this now.Update X2- 6/15/23The folks at Yume took real good care of me. Got me everything I needed to get back on the road again. Great technical support. I mean they made me feel like they cared . And I appreciate that a lot. Thank you for building a scooter that I can ride. Thank you Yume!

My very first scooter about two or three years ago was a nine bot scooter. It wasn’t terrible. It was definitely really good for a scooter didn’t really disappoint. I was young at the time, so I definitely didn’t use it way more than I should have. And then after that, I got an offbrand scooter by the name of Laotie and then the type of scooter I got was a TI30. The scooter barely last me three months. I was going on a trail in the mountains in Utah and it just suddenly died. I went over a big bump and I just died. Nothing worked. It didn’t even turn on so that I had to get one of my buddies to come all the way out almost 3 hours to come and get me with his truck. That was a terrible experience and I spent about $1500 on that. And then I saw a lot of people riding the yume brand scooters so I was thinking of looking at that and then I found this and I was like there’s no way because the price and for how fast and good looking a scooter is there’s no it’s just over 2000 and then I kept doing a bit of research and people seem to like it a lot. So I went ahead and I purchased it. Let me tell you this scooter did not disappoint one bit and went as fast as they said on the site and I am 230 pound rider, so that’s actually insane. Honestly nothing to disappoint. I kind a wish the horn was louder and the turn signals were bigger. And about I think 2 1/2 months from now. I’ve been riding it ever since almost every day, I already have over 300 miles on it, but the front tire is flat now I’m not that experience with this type of stuff so I’m not sure how to deal with it but I’m gonna try and get it fixed hopefully by then, so yeah that’s my experience so far looking forward to putting many many more miles on it.

I purchased this scooter and it was delivered in August of 2024. I contracted with an excellent bike shop in my city to assemble it for me. They encountered problems with electrical components and spent much time trying to solve them with the sellers tech support and they finally gave up due to not getting proper help. My bike guys say that it’s a safety and electrical risk and wouldn’t advise me to even plug it in. So all said I paid a lot of money for something that was sent to me defective. They won’t send a replacement or refund me saying my time line beyond 30 days has expired. Be warned do not purchase from this company or you will be SOL like me.
