Ultra Thin and Lightweight Aramid Carbon Fiber Case for Google Pixel 8A (for Pixel 8A) Black

This case is ultra thin just as advertised and almost feels like there isn't a case on at all. This becomes a bit of a problem in that it doesn't have any sort of lip to protect the screen. It stays on the phone great, but the edge is in line with the edge of the phone which means the screen takes the full force of the drop if it lands face down. I'd also be worried about setting it facedown on tables. The case is exactly as advertised and impressively thin, hence the 4 stars, but I do wish it had more screen protection.

If you like an almost naked feel to your phone case this is it. It is very sleek and super slim as advertised. The case is durable (I flexed it a lot without breaking) and does a nice job covering the camera lens area.Personally my preference is a case that has enough bumper to protect against falls and enough lip near the screen I can set it flat without worrying about scratching the screen. So this case will go in the drawer here. It simply is so little protection it is not practical for me.

This case is the least bulky I’ve had and looks great. This doesn’t have the strange hole in the top like another CF case on the market. The drop protection is probably compromised for the slim feel and improved looks. I had a bit of difficulty wrestling this case off and possibly cracked a corner during the struggle.
