Product was exactly what I thought I was ordering. It was well packaged and came earlier than expected.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.

I absolutely love this product. My husband bought it because he was experiencing a lot of stress, but I ex experience anxiety so I tried it.Honestly, it helps me settle down in the evening so much, I become relaxed and when I take it with a melatonin, I sleep so well. I’m happy to have a natural alternative to taking anti-anxiety medications.
