These work perfectly well with all my Ryobi 18V tools. I'll never pay the extra Ryobi price again.
These batteries are as good or better than the factory originals. 3 years in, the original pair of batteries are showing signs of age, not holding as much of a charge (shorter run time before needing a charge), etc. I bought these as a test, since two are less than one of the Ryobi name-brand batteries.These work very well, all my Ryobi tools seem to have new life, new power, and plenty of amps and watts and watt-hours. The only drawback is the Ryobi "fast charger" is a little too smart for its own good. It knows these are not actual Ryobi batteries, and flashes a red LED in a "bad battery" type of signal. I'm pretty sure it actually charged the batteries, but I tried a small, dumb Ryobi charger and it worked just fine.So, I ordered an after-market charger here on Amazon. Testing with the non-Ryobi charger and finding that these batteries charge it it just fine, normal lights displayed, and all far less than with the OEM Ryobi batteries and chargers cost. I'll just be buying after-market batteries and chargers from now on. Ryobi makes good gear, but like most top line vendors, charges a lot more for the batteries and chargers than is warranted, IMHO.

Neither one held a charge even though the lights on them said they were fully charged.
Both batteries were fully charged by me following the instructions enclosed with them.The 1st on lasted less than 5 minutes the 2nd lasted less than 10 minutes. Both were recharged and the same thing happened.Great price but they were junk, sent them back.

Greatly surprised
I was not expecting that this would be a good purchase, but this works exactly like the original ones! Charges really fast and last a lot. And it fits perfectly on our one+ rioby weed eater

Just some helpfull information
Just a small warning these batteries fit the Ryobi tools, but they do not work in some of the third party adapters ie. Flash light, pigtail adapter and voltage converter. As I said they work on Ryobi items but the shaft is to large and get stuck in some of these adapters.

Took a chance on purchasing these chargers. They have been performing above my expectations. Very satisfied with the purchase.

They don't hold a charge
They don't hold a charge at all. One didn't hold a charge after charged and then try to use it 2 days after it was charged.
