Disappointing ExperienceI recently purchased this scooter, and unfortunatelyd, it has been a total letdown. The parts’ lifespan is ridiculously short. After only a few months of light use, several components have already started to break down. The brakes wore out quickly, the tires seem poorly made, and the battery barely holds a charge anymore. It’s clear that the quality of the parts is subpar.To make matters worse, there’s absolutely no after-sales support. I tried contacting the dealer and company multiple times about getting replacement parts, and they either never respond or give vague answers. The dealership is useless too. They have no spare parts, offer no help with repairs, and just tell me to contact the manufacturer.Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this scooter. Between the poor quality and lack of support, it’s just not worth the money.
