Excellent product for home user
Its a great product from Luminous with enough features to take care of your home needs. I installed this with 2 tall tubular 200AH batteries and the backup times are awesome. The best part is fast charging and intuitive display. I can run almost everything without worry. One drawback purchasing this online is they dont pack it properly which caused the bottom of the product to bulge out with weight of the Transformer. Also, all the plastic legs were broken.

Such a good product.
Paired it with dual 150 ah luminous batteries.Runs my A.C and refrigerator at the same time, including 3 Led tube lights and 3 Ceiling fans.Capacity is 1600 watts...so great for a long backup. You can go upto two 220 ah batteries.

Excellent Performance
Reviewing after use of 5 months. Great item and got at the great price of 11.2K where local vendors were asking for 20k for 2kva invertor. Running smoothly till date.

damaged product.
when this product installed then its not working its power switch . then I am called luminous care they registered complain and assured me to short out on urgent basis but till now no one helped me. when I saw this product return policy in amazon then return facility closed. what can I do.

Works well, go ahead and buy! No issues whatsoever.
The item has high power capacity of 2000wh.Is big in size.I used 150ah amaron batteries, which worked very well and ran everything except for ac. I run TV, 4 fans, 10wX50led lights, wifi, other smaller appliances. I think it's good for 1.5ton ac too.Overall there are no issues, delivery, packaging and everything was fine.

Awesome heavy-duty product
This thing handles power outages very well.Pros1- No noise unlike the older gen inverters2- Shows everything clearly on the display3- Works twice as better if not more wrt to other 2KVA inverters.4-Handles heavy fluctuations without a flinchCons1- Pricey compared to it's rivals2- Good-luck finding one because I couldn't
