as a regular backyard BBQ pit master, i don't know how i went this long without buying one of this.. Its absurd to cut a Brisket with anything else other than a Carving Knife like this one..(i'll stck to that until i see Smokehouses Using a different type of Knife to slice brisket)Bought this to gift one to my friend, i used mine every time i can..

Carving my Turkey on Thanksgiving when I sliced my index finger really good! That Sucked, but the knife did an absolute fantastic job on the Turkey, as my Son took over the carving!Me? I better stick to a butter knife!
