Delivered product with scratches, defects and missing parts
1. Broken Spokes: Several spokes were broken upon arrival, which is concerning for the overall durability of the cycle.2. Scratches Due to Poor Packaging: The cycle has visible scratches, likely caused by inadequate packaging during shipping.3. Missing Hardware: Important components such as screws, washers, and nuts were missing, making assembly difficult and inconvenient.4. Incomplete and Incorrect Manual: The manual provided was incomplete, and the one included doesn’t even match the specific model, adding to the frustration during setup.5. Not willing to replace: Replacement is difficult, and they refuse to agree even after being shown all the evidence.
